Central Street purchased Phase II of a stalled 58-lot residential subdivision in Brighton, Colorado in 2021 and resubmitted expired civil engineering, plat and development agreement documents to obtain Final Plat approval for the community. Central Street purchased and dedicated raw water shares to Brighton, sufficient to service the 58 lots for development. Challenger Homes, based out of Colorado Springs, purchased the platted lots in bulk upon final plat approval in February 2022.

Little Pine Lane Residence

Central Street purchased a spec-built luxury single-family home on the west side of Victor, ID within a pristine neighborhood at the foothills of Pine Creek Pass. Driven by our determination to add long standing value to the communities we touch, the focus of this project was to significantly elevate the finish level of the property from builder grade to luxury tier. In order to maximize the outdoor environment of the property and to preserve an enjoyable wildlife buffer from neighbors, Central Street purchased the adjacent vacant lot and extended landscaping throughout, planting over 40 new trees on the property. These upgrades made an astonishing impact to the streetscape and interior of the home for the entire neighborhood to enjoy. Central Street plans to sell the home upon completion and it is available for short-term rentals in the meantime.

Wakara Ridge

Central Street was hired as exclusive land consultant to the underlying landowners of a 180-acre luxury residential development referred to as Wakara Ridge. The site sits directly east of the well-regarded Tuhaye community and overlooks the Jordanelle Reservior from the north. The engagement focused on capitalization, lot development and sale strategy, overall deal structuring, and segmentation. Ultimately, Central Street advised and coordinated all phases of a bulk sale to a third-party master developer, established to the Jordanelle Valley area. When complete, the new developer plans to build 130 luxury single-family homes, 46 cottage homes and a private clubhouse.
